could America really fall for this act?

It was an unabashedly, one might even say relentlessly folksy and down-home Palin that greeted Americans Thursday night, with phrases like "Doggone it," "You guys," "Darn right" and, one she must have been saving 'til the end, "Say it ain't so, Joe!" You became "ya," change was "comin'" and a class of third-graders even got a "shout-out" from the Alaska governor.

Gee is she from Alaska? Because it seemed like every answer took her back to Alaska.

Oh boy, the word Maverick again. How many times she said it so far? 25? I should've started a drinking game.

Did Palin actually manage to turn Joe's attempt on reaching out to gay voters into having it on record that they both agree on their opposition for gay marriage? Did that just happen?

I am not gonna answer the question way you or the moderator want me to answer---hmm interesting!

Do you think they love Israel? GUSH GUSH

Tina Fey is going to have a fun time with this one.
