exercise motivation

We are getting afternoon thunder storms here (usual for this time of year)-which outs the kabosh on me swimming after work often. So today I got to the pool at 7AM and did my 1/2 mile of laps. Man I feel so great afterwards-and really the pool water is much cooler and easier to swim in.
I swam all three days last weekend as well. Now if I can only stop drinking two glasses of wine a night I might lose some weight to boot!
