I cooked!

We got these wonderful multicolored huge bell peppers and they had been sitting idle for a couple of days. So I decided to make stuffed bell peppers with them. I got lean ground turkey meat and sauteed it with garlic -nice fresh cloves- onions finely chopped-mushroom diced-and some brown organic rice (not much) plus some sweet corn kernels and of course some of the peppers diced.I also added in a variety of the fresh spices that I brought with me from Califonia. I steamed the bell peppers so they would soften up--stuffed them and baked them with some Ragu light sauce. Plus a little cheese on top! The cooking aromas were mouthwatering and the peppers ended up  tasting vunderbar! Also my dad enjoyed them and said he had never had stuffed peppers before ever.



Hey I set up a second monitor on my desktop pc---they had a great sale on monitors here so I got a cheap cheap 17" wide monitor and a dcmi graphics card off ebay. It took me a while to get the video drivers correct for both monitors to show up but I finally did it! I always like having my palettes on one screen and my workspace on the other.
