We set off from Oyster Creek Park. in Englewood and across Lemon Bay to Stump Pass. En route I spotted a dolphin close by! I paddled over near it and it came towards me and dove under my boat! I had to go and catch up to my gang and as I paddled away it swam beside and under my boat on its side looking up at me! WOW how cool---I LOVE DOLPHINS! We went up Ski Alley and stopped at Stump PAss Beach to take a break. Ken and Lesley brought Strawberries and Sugar! YUMMY......! We went back down the other side from Skip Alley and spotted another dolphin swimming quickly around a island of mangroves towards lemon bay....We also saw a large Osprey and a bald eagle. It was a 6.5 mile paddle back to our launch...GREAT DAY!
